Our infrastructure is hosted at the Coventry Data Center, established in 2004 and strategically located in the heart of the United Kingdom. Designed for resilience and performance, it has evolved into a premier hosting facility with over 300 server racks and expansion capacity to 600.
Power reliability is ensured with 3 MW on-site power from a diverse 11 kV electrical supply and a 4 MW 2N+1 diesel generator backup system. Cooling is provided by closed-circuit, energy-efficient systems (no outside air intake), maintaining stable temperatures year-round.
The facility prioritises safety and security with IG55 inert-gas fire suppression and a VESDA early-smoke detection system. Physical security includes 24/7/365 on-site staffing, full-site CCTV coverage with roaming patrols, and Paxton access control with anti-tailgating airlock pods. Operations are aligned to ISO 27001 for information security management.
