Understanding Service Activation Times

At Rivet Cloud Hosting, we aim to get you online as quickly as possible while keeping our network secure and abuse-free.
Below is a guide to when you can expect your services to become active after ordering.


New Customers

For your security and ours, all new customer orders are reviewed manually before activation.

Typical activation time: within 12–24 hours of your initial order.

During this review, we verify account details and payment to protect against fraud and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is approved and activated.

If additional verification is required, our team will contact you by email.


Existing Customers

If you already have an active Rivet Cloud Hosting account, you can expect instant activation for most new services.

Web hosting, domain registrations, and add-ons are generally provisioned automatically once payment is received.
Some services (such as custom setups or enterprise plans) may still require brief manual approval — if so, we will let you know right away.

If your order has not been activated after the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Log in to your Client Area

  2. Open a Support Ticket under Billing or Sales

  3. Include your Order ID for faster assistance
