Rivet Cloud Hosting provides discounted WHMCS licences to eligible Reseller Hosting customers.
WHMCS (Web Host Manager Complete Solution) is a leading automation platform used to manage clients, billing, provisioning, and support for your web hosting business.

Each WHMCS licence supplied by Rivet Cloud Hosting includes:

• Full WHMCS installation licence (owned and maintained by WHMCS Limited)

• Unlimited clients & invoices

• Free product updates and security patches

• Access to WHMCS’s built-in marketplace and integrations

• 24/7 security monitoring by WHMCS

⚠️ Note: Rivet Cloud Hosting distributes licences through the official WHMCS Reseller Programme. Licences remain subject to WHMCS’s own End-User Licence Agreement (EULA).

Eligibility

You must have an active Reseller Hosting plan with Rivet Cloud Hosting to qualify.
Licences are tied to your hosting account and must be used to manage hosting or related web services.

Pricing

Licences renew automatically each month alongside your reseller hosting service.

Setup & Activation

1. During checkout, select “Add WHMCS Licence” if available.

2. We will issue a licence key within 24 hours (often instantly).

3. Once issued, install WHMCS on your chosen domain and enter your licence key during setup.

4. To reissue a licence (for domain/IP changes), log in to your Rivet Client Area → Services → Manage WHMCS Licence → Reissue.

Domain and IP Binding

Each licence is validated against:

• The domain on which WHMCS is installed, and

• The primary server IP address where it runs.

If you move your installation to a new domain or server, you must reissue the licence before it will activate.

Licence Reissue Steps

1. Log in to your Rivet Client Portal.

2. Select Services → WHMCS Licence.

3. Click Reissue Licence.

4. Refresh your WHMCS Admin Area — the new IP/domain will automatically sync.

Support

• WHMCS Core Support: Provided directly by WHMCS Limited at https://whmcs.com/support/ 

• Hosting or DNS Issues: Supported by Rivet Cloud Hosting

• Billing & renewals: Managed via your Rivet Cloud Hosting Client Portal

Termination or Cancellation

• You may cancel your licence at any time by contacting support or cancelling the add-on in your client portal.

• Once cancelled, the licence will immediately become inactive.

• No refunds are provided for partial months, in line with our Terms of Service.

WHMCS software is owned and maintained by WHMCS Limited, registered in the United Kingdom.
Use of WHMCS is governed by their End-User Licence Agreement (EULA).
By activating your licence, you agree to both WHMCS’s EULA and Rivet’s Reseller Terms.
